In a poll conducted by international magazine Verve, Kareena Kapoor bagged the highest number of votes for the most powerful celebrity. The actress finds a place of pride on the cover of the magazine's latest edition.
The power list accentuates the fact that Kareena is definitely going places. Besides films back home, Hollywood too has shown some keen interest in the actress. Sylvester Stallone has been mesmerized by the ethereal beauty on the sets of Sajid Nadiadwala's Kambaqt Ishq.

CZARINA OF BOLLYWOOD, Kareena Kapoor is living up to her name. Soon
after being declared as the numero uno actress in bollyood in a survey
by eminent and well informed jury in the celluloid world, comes the
news of her being offered a Hollywood film..

Kareena is presently shooting for Kambakkth Ishq in Hollywood, in Los Angeles..

It has been reported that Kareena will be paired opposite Billy Zane in the film tentatively
titled 'CHAMERA', directed by Daniel Silverman, in the role of an Asian girl ,in a 30 days schedule in the north of India

Billy Zane had earlier portrayed the convincing role of Caledon Hockley,the conniving fiancé
of Kate Winslet, in James Cameron biggest blockbuster 'TITANIC'.
Billy Zane is also appreciated for his acting prowess in Cleopatra,
Back to the future 1 & 2, Dead calm etc..

The film directed by debutante director Daniel Silverman, has been associated in projects
like 'The devil wears Prada, Perfect Strangers etc...He is also
associated with the Broadway hit ' bloodhounds of Broadway'...

Sources had earlier confirmed that Kareena did have hush hush meetings
with Hollywood producers during the schedule of Kambakkth Ishq.

"Yes there have been offers and this is one amongst the many offers she has received. Brand Kareena is getting bigger by the day. Kareena is the busiest actress on the block. It's too early to comment, as she is busy with her bollywood commitments"
When contacted Kareena Kapoor says "Yes, there have been offers but it is too early to comment on anything"
Meanwhile Kareena seems quite ecstatic over recent developments in her
career, since she has won a lot of critical acclaim and awards for her
performance in JWM this year..

Katrina scores a double hat trick with 'Singh is King'!!

Katrina Kaif is currently in the US shooting for an untitled Yashraj Film. Back home the actress has delivered yet another hit, Sinngh is King. And going by the number, Singh is King happens to be Katrina's sixth hit in a row, the earlier ones being Namastey London, Apne, Partner,Welcome, Race and now Singh is King. It is a first time in the history of Bollywood.

The news of Singh is King's success has left Katrina absolutely elated. She shared the joy of her success with the cast and crew of Yashraj films. Katrina wishes that she was in here in Mumbai to savour the success of her latest venture. "But the party more than made up for it," she laughs.

Not to forget that Katrina just been selected as the brand ambassador for Nakshatra Diamonds. "Katrina has signed the deal with Nakshatra for a whopping amount," revealed a source.

Katrina's success story has turned every actress green with envy and got their tongues wagging. Indulging in malicious gossip and the crab mentality is the way of the industry that Katrina is well familiar with.

But she is not going to let all the loose talk bog her down and mar her enthusiasm and spirit. "I have worked hard so why shouldn't I enjoy my share of the pie," she smiles.

Paresh Rawal's different avatars

Paresh Rawal's different avatars in Maan Gaye Mughall - E-Azam!!

Paresh Rawal will be seen playing four different characters in Ratan Jain's Maan Gaye Mughal-e-Azam. The characters are Kayyam Cable, the local don, Haidi Hassan, the ghazal singer, Shahenshah Akbar, the King, and Uday Shankar Mazumdar, Mallika's husband. The viewers will get to see a different side to Paresh in each of the characters. This is for the first time that Paresh Rawal will be seen playing four different characters in the same film. Director Sanjay Chhel's says, "It was a challenge to make Paresh play four different characters in the same film. I am the first director to have done so! Till now people thought that Paresh gave his best in Hera Pheri. But they will change thier opinion once they watch Maan Gaye Mughal E Azam.
Cross dressing in Vogue on TV?

Is Krushna cross-dressing way too much…???

Krushna has been participating in way tooooo many reality shows….but the part which needs to be noticed is that he has been cross-dressing far too many times in these shows. In the two reality shows he is currently working on namely Comedy Circus and Kabhi Kabhii Pyaar Kabhi Kabhii Yaar; there have been times when the theme of the particular show does not demand to be dressed as a woman….(except the one episode in Comedy Circus some time back, where the theme was "Role Reversal"….and he took onto his girlfriend Kashmera Shah) and Krushna has gone ahead and donned the female look….but what's the good part about this cross-dressing…well every time he comes in his female avatar he scores some really good marks from the judges….

Hoping Kashmera is taking all this in good-spirit…….
